Bookings require a small deposit to confirm. Final balance is due day-of-event.

Cancellation more than 14 days out: full deposit refund. Within 14 days: deposit credited to a future date. Within 48 hours: deposit forfeit, except for severe weather or emergency.

Outdoor laser tag and Nerf events reschedule free of charge for severe weather. The gaming truck operates rain or shine.

All participants accept ordinary risk associated with active play. Game Coaches enforce safe play.
